Drill Team

This debut class is designed to support and educated the unique style of Texas Drill Team. Founded in 1940 at the Kilgore College by Gussie Nell Davis, the drill team style is prevalently found across the middle and high school settings with their respective ed dance/drill teams. This style is also found in many collegiate ate and professional teams such as the Kilgore College Rangerettes, Radio City Rockettes and s, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. This class will dive intot he elements that make the drill team style unique. This will be open as an introductory and supplemental course for those curently a team member or in hopes to be a local drill team dancer.

The required shoes are:

-Lace Up Tennis shoes (no slip ons)

-Half sole turning shoe

Jazz shoes

The available time is:

Saturday- 12:00-1:00pm
