All dance tuition is due on the 1st of each month. After a 7-day grace period, tuition is considered past-due. A $15 late fee is automatically charged to your account on the 8th. Tuition is the same each month and does not change due to holidays. Monthly tuition is an average of 4 lessons per month. If tuition goes unpaid for 2 weeks without communication from the family, the studio reserves the right to drop the child from classes.

A $65.00 non-refundable registration fee ($20.00 for each additional student) is due at the time of registration.  This will include studio shirt. Tuition will be due September 1st. 

If registering after September 1st, the registration fee and  first month of tuition are due at the time of registration. This will include studio shirt.

A Recital fee will be announced at a later date. The Venue will determine the cost of the fee, and will include a shirt for the dancer.

 In the event of dropping a class(es), The office must receive a written note from the parent/guardian in advance. We ask you notify the office prior to the first of the month to avoid being charged for the classes you may have dropped. If there is failure to notify before the first of the month, you will still be charged your initial tuition rate, plus a $30  administration fee. 

To take full advantage of the instruction offered, regular attendance is expected. Please Contact the office when your child will be absent. An absence may be made up by participating with another class, if available, and only if the office is notified in advance. All make-up classes must be during the same month, unless stated by the office. The make-up classes will be  scheduled through the office. There will be no make up lessons in April and May for classes participating in the Recital. Tuition will not be refunded, credited, or prorated in the case of absence(s). The Beat  reserves the right to drop any student who misses more than 4 consecutive classes without any contact from the parent/ legal guardian.
